Title: Rotation/Activity Relations for Solar Neighborhood ZAMS
Stars

Abstract: Low dispersion HST/GHRS observations were obtained of a
rare,
homogeneous sample of six solar neighborhood Pleiades Moving
Group
K dwarfs in order to investigate the relationship of
chromospheric and
transition region (TR) emissions to rotation in very young
stars. The sample is supplemented by an archival HST/GHRS
observation of AB Dor. The actual radii of the stars, based
on high quality optical spectroscopic and photometric data,
ranges from ZAMS to 0.2 Rsun larger than ZAMS, i.e., some of
the stars appear to be slightly pre-main-sequence.
Rotation/activity relations, incorporating observational
uncertainties, will be presented for several lines formed at
different temperatures.
