Title: On the MBM12 Young Association, Or Planet Formation Made Easy
Abstract: I present the results of a magnitude-limited search for new members of the MBM12 association that is complete to 0.02 solar masses. For this association, I revise its distance, estimate its age, examine the frequencies and lifetimes of accreting circumstellar disks, and discuss the prospects for planet formation in the context of other young associations and clusters.
