Title: BeppoSAX Observation of EQ Pegasi
Abstract: The active star EQ Pegasi has been observed with LECS and MECS instruments on BeppoSAX from December 3, 1997, 10:12 to December 4, 1997, 05:12. A moderate rise and fall event has been observed during the first 30000 seconds of the observations. A preliminary data analysis is shown. Very high temperature components are necessary to justify the observed spectrum. To investigate the line contribution in the 0.1-0.3 kev region which cannot be easily fitted with the Standard Scientific Analysis procedure, use will be made of the updated version 3.0 of the CHIANTI database.
