Advice to Authors

The submitted Abstracts will be linked as .html pages from the Conference Web Page. This will allow you some options such as adding hypertext links within your abstract and providing index keywords (see below for details). The abstracts also will be combined into a single Postscript or PDF file. You may submit a new Abstract at any time up until the deadline. The most recent version will be used, and the previous ones disregarded.

Each author is limited to one Abstract as "First Author". For Abstracts, please limit the total number of authors to three. If other colleagues must be acknowledged, please include their names within the Abstract text. Please supply the name and email address of the primary contact (not necessarily the first author) so that you can be reached if we need further information about your Abstract.

Title & Abstract

Titles are limited to 120 characters, and Abstracts are limited to 1200 characters. The text in these fields will be interpreted as Latex. Therefore you can use Greek symbols, formatted numbers and equations (if you so desire). Please do NOT use predefined Macros and also ensure that your abstract compiles correctly before you submit it on the Web. You also can add hypertext links to a figure on your own Web-page, or to another Web-Site. Hypertext links can be placed within your abstract using the following format;

\htmladdnormallink{Text}{URL}

For example,

The evolved late-type star \htmladdnormallink{FUSE}{http://fuse.pha.jhu.edu/} O VI spectra are exquisite.

This will look something like

The evolved late-type star FUSE O VI spectra are exquisite.
