Abstract:
This paper summarizes the Twelfth Cambridge Workshop on Cool Stars, Stellar
Systems, and the Sun held in Boulder, Colorado on July 30 to August 3, 2001. I
describe many of the important new results and insights presented at the
meeting and list the important unanswered questions that should drive future
research in the field. Finally, I present a set of urgent action items that are
needed if we are to maintain and enhance research opportunities in the field.
